MEET, located in City Square on Kitchener Road, Singapore, is a unique communal dining restaurant featuring Japanese and French-inspired cuisine.
Our Singapore team has carried out the complete F&B setup for this brand. Throughout this journey, we guided the owners into their first experience with F&B business. Accordingly, we offered our eight steps as a part of the Total F&B Setup solution: Concept Design, Brand Creation, Store Setup & Installation, Menu Development, Professional Food Styling, Technology Implementation, Staffing & Training, Marketing Strategy & Execution.
The purpose of the design was to create a communal dining experience, with eye-catching lighting and a contemporary feel. There is an open bar counter to set a relaxed ambience for diners immediately. As the delicious meat items are the strongest element of the concept, the logo design and the branding prominently feature this theme.
Thanks to MEET’s convenient location, it is easily accessible for people from all backgrounds and walks of life, including weekend family dinners, casual dining, and office lunch crowds. Accordingly, we have followed a contemporary French-Japanese direction throughout the menu development. As a result, we created unique dishes such as Caramelised Miso Pork Belly, Ginger and Sesame Seed, Hours Braised Beef Cheek with Somen, Angel Hair Pasta with Pan Seared Scallop and Seaweed Butter, and Classic Mentaiko. As can be noticed from the examples above, the most prominent are meat dishes.
To let customers fully enjoy the menu at any occasion, the restaurant has carefully curated a selection of alcoholic beverages ranging from German wheat beers to craft beers and ciders. MEET was officially opened in January 2017. Since then, it has received outstanding reviews and praise from the local food blogging community. The brand keeps delivering the highest service standards and food quality while remaining affordable.
