STEP 04: STORE SETUP & INSTALLATION
We understand how critical it is that the work between Front of House and Back of House is smooth and efficient. Hence, we design installations and interior space to meet this need. Moreover, we know that each F&B concept has a different working process for service and kitchen staff. We follow the brand's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to build the store design and plan floor and space efficiently to align it completely with the brand concept.
